| 摘 要： | 该文设计了一种基于ERTU的机床振动信号采集处理的硬件系统。该系统通过ICP加速度传感器采集模块，存储模块，主系统模块等，把电信号转化为数字信号送入ERTU系统，从而实现振动信号的采集和处理。

| Abstract: | This paper describes the design of a hardware system of machine tool vibration signalacquisition and processing based on ERTU. The system collect and storage module,main system module through the ICP acceleration sensor,taking the electrical signal converted into a digital signal and then into the ERTU system, so as to realize the acquisition and processing of vibration signals. |
