营口港装船机机器房吊装工艺研究

摘    要:针对营口港装船机总装过程中装船机机器房的吊装难题,根据营口港装船机现场总装进度安排,结合现有的机器房总装方案,提出使用1600T浮吊吊装和1300T浮吊吊装两种方案,分析两种方案的合理性,结合现场总装条件,合理调整总装方案,创新提出了双门机吊装机器房方案,并对方案进行理论分析和模拟。通过现场跟踪,最终方案成功实施,从而大大节约了使用浮吊吊装成本,为以后项目大机器房吊装方案提供参考。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of lifting machine room in the assembly process of shiploader, according to the field assembly schedules of yingkou shiploader, combined with the existing machine room assembly scheme, two schemes of using 1600T and 1300T floating crane lifting were put forward and were analysed the rationality. Assembly scheme was adjusted reasonably, scheme of machine room hoisted by portal crane was put forward boldly, and the theory analysis and simulation were conducted for scheme. Through the positive tracking, the final project was successfully implemented, which leaded to the decrease of lifting cost used by floating crane, and provided reference for later large machine room lifting scheme.
