| 摘 要： | 合同变更与索赔管理是工程项目设备采购合同管理的重要内容。在处理具体合同变更与索赔时，采用定性和定量分析，能对具体情况进行有效分析，进而制定合适的执行方案，使合同管理工作操作性更强、效率更高的、风险更小。
