摘    要:该文具体分析了民用飞机襟/缝翼手柄设计过程。襟/缝翼手柄是飞控高升力系统的一个典型机械操纵器件,它的设计过程是一个复杂的过程,需要综合考虑功能接口、机械接口、电子接口、人机工效、适航性、安全性、可靠性和维修性等因素。文中系统的对襟/缝翼手柄的设计过程进行了分析研究,并通过对不同机型的手柄进行比较,使得其设计过程变得清晰明了,便于设计者进行借鉴。

Abstract:This article analyzes the design process of Flap/Slat Control Lever in civil aircraft. Flap/Slat Control Lever is a representative mechanical control component of Flight Control High Lift System, whose design is a complex process, which is required to take into account functional interface, mechanical interface, electrical interface, human ergonomics, airworthiness, safety, reliability and maintainability synthetically. In the article, the author analyzes the design process of Flap/Slat Control Lever systemic, and compares different aircraft’s Flap/Slat Control Lever, which makes the design of Flap/Slat Control Lever easy and clear and provides a good sample.
