基于光强自适应控制的激光位移传感器

摘    要:在一体化激光位移传感器系统中,激光发射部分是保持整个系统稳定性和精度的基础。为解决激光投射光斑在CCD上所采集到的数据不理想问题:投影光斑能量不集中,光斑宽度过大且有多峰,噪声不可忽略等等通过发射模块改进和光强自适应算法两种方式来改善,最终得到接近理想状态的激光光斑。最后实验验证:自适应控制算法能够提高系统的精度达一倍以上。

Abstract:In Integrative Laser Triangulation Displacement Sensor System,laser emission module is the basic of keeping the system stability and accuracy.In order to solve the problem that the date we get from CCD is not perfect:the energy of imaging facula is dispersive;the width of facula is too board and multimodal;the noise can not be ignored and so on,we have two way to solve:improve laser emission module and adaptive control technique of light intensity,then get near-perfect facula.After experimental verification,the accuracy of laser sensor system increased to 10um.
