烟草微生物应用于烟叶发酵的研究进展

微生物菌群是影响烟草品质的主要生物因素。对采取不同措施将烟草微生物应用于烟叶发酵工艺中,从而改善烟叶品质的研究成果进行综述,并指出在今后的烟草研究工作中,不仅要继续分离选育优良的微生物菌种资源,而且还要深入探究其在烟草发酵过程中对吸食者的影响。提高卷烟的吸食安全性,加强烟草学科与其它相关学科的纵横结合,开辟新效益型研究领域等。
