烟草微生物应用于烟叶发酵的研究进展

摘    要:微生物菌群是影响烟草品质的主要生物因素。对采取不同措施将烟草微生物应用于烟叶发酵工艺中,从而改善烟叶品质的研究成果进行综述,并指出在今后的烟草研究工作中,不仅要继续分离选育优良的微生物菌种资源,而且还要深入探究其在烟草发酵过程中对吸食者的影响。提高卷烟的吸食安全性,加强烟草学科与其它相关学科的纵横结合,开辟新效益型研究领域等。

Abstract:Microbial group is the main quality of tobacco biological factors.To adopt different measures of tobacco leaf applies to microorganism fermentation process,and improve the quality of tobacco leaves are reviewed in this paper,and in the future research work of tobacco,not only will continue to separate breeding excellent strains,but also exploring its resources in the fermentation process of tobacco to.To improve the safety of cigarette smoking,strengthen the combining which the discipline and other related discipline of tobacco,open a new research direction and so on.
