成都富水砂卵石地层盾构施工浅析

摘    要:虽然成都地铁1号线盾构掘进施工已经完成,成都地铁2号线盾构掘进施工正在有序进行中,但成都富水、高砂卵石含量地质条件下的盾构施工风险并未完全解决,一直是业界讨论的焦点。根据成都地铁1号线2标和成都地铁2号线2标的盾构施工实践,提出砂卵石地层下盾构如何降低超挖,及如何解决超挖回填问题,达到降低盾构施工风险之目的。同时提出了成都盾构施工仍然存在的几个问题及解决办法,希望能对成都地铁以后的盾构施工有所帮助。

Abstract:Although the Chengdu Metro Line 1 excavation construction has been completed,Chengdu Metro Line 2 is already well underway,But the Chengdu High-rich water and high content of sand and gravel geological conditions of shield construction risk is not fully resolved,Has been the focus of discussion。According to the Chengdu Metro Line 1 Phase 2 and Chengdu Metro Line 2 Phase 2 construction experience,Come up with,how to reduce overbreak shield,and how to solve problems over Excavation backfill in the Sand and Gravel Geological conditions,to reduce the risks of shield construction purposes.Also proposed shield construction of Chengdu have several problems and solutions,hope to the future of Chengdu metro help shield construction.
