| 摘 要： | 应用型化学化工专业研究生教学体系的改革必须适应人才培养需求,并强化专业知识运用能力的培养。在对应用型化学工程人才培养教学体系课程进行教学改革的过程中明确人才培养是化学工程专业的＂根本任务＂。针对应用型化学工程人才的培养目标,对应用型化学工程专业研究生课程的组织、授课内容、方式、方法进行了改革。通过调研,认为＂理论与实践并重、评价贯穿于教学各个环节＂的教学方法是培养化学化工专业应用型人才的关键。

| Abstract: | The reform of applied chemical graduate teaching system must adapt to the requirements of talent cultivation, and strengthen the training of specialized knowledge ability. In the reform process of talent cultivation of the applied chemical engineering in chemical engineering eduction system, talent cultivation is the fundamental task. For the cultivation target of the applied chemical engineering talents, the organizations of professional courses for chemical engineering graduate, teaching content, teaching ways and methods has been reformed. Researches consider that the method of teaching “paying equal attention to theory and practice, and evaluation of teaching” is the key to train applied talents of chemical. |
