基于就业与个人发展为导向的高职旅游人才培养路径探索

面对世界性金融危机和大学生就业难题，建立以就业与个人发展为目标的旅游人才培养模式，是当前高职院校旅游管理专业面临的一个重要问题，也是一个难点问题。本文从高职旅游人才就业与个人发展的现状出发，分析了高职旅游人才培养过程中存在的问题，提出职业生涯规划、“双证书”制、校外实训基地建设、“订单式”培养、校企合作、综合素质培养等多种高职旅游人才培养方法有机结合的路径。

An Exploration for a New Way to Cultivate Tourism Talents in Vocational Colleges Based on Individual Development and Employment

With the reality of world - wide economic crisis and difficulties of college graduates＇ employment, it is very important for vocational colleges to establish a tourism talents cultivating model with the goal of individual development and employment. This paper starts from the current status of tourism talents＇ employment and individual development, analyzes the existing problems in the cultivating process of tourism talents in vocational colleges, suggests a new way including many methods to cultivate tourism talents in vocational colleges, such as professional career design, offcampus practice base establishment, order- based talents cultivation, college and enterprise cooperation and comprehensive quality cultivation.
