| 摘 要： | 实行图书采购招标是规范图书采购行为、预防贪污腐败现象的有效举措，但同时也给图书馆的藏书建设带来了新的难题。文章分析了高校图书馆图书招标采购工作中存在的主要问题，并提出了一些相应的质量控制对策。

| Abstract: | Carrying out public bidding in book purchasing is an effective measure to standardize book purchasing behavior and prevent from grafting corruption, But it also brought about the new problems to the library collection of books construction at the same time. This article analyzed the major problems in purchasing books by public bidding in university library and put forward some countermeasures about quality control. |
