Thus the university, a place that is full of elites, is supposed to be in the front and to be a contributor of establishing a harmonious society. In addition, the transmission of sports culture has enormous influence on not only university students＇physical but mental quality. For the popularization of self - and quality - oriented education, it is significant to focus more on the construction of sports culture in the universi- ty.
