| 摘 要： | 城市微型社区是城市经济和社会生活的基本单元。随着我国城市化进程的不断推进，社区建设中常常会出现社区各组织之间的利益不协调，管理不到位，机制不顺畅等问题。本文主要从理顺城市微型社区主要组织间的关系入手，就如何构建其联动管理体系进行探讨。

| Abstract: | Urban micro - community is the basic unit of a city＇ s economic and social life. With the fast development of China＇ s urbanization, the problems, such as poor management and improper system, always appear in the relationship of different organizations in a community. This paper analyzes the relationships of different organizations in urban micro - community and discusses how to establish a joint management system. |
