| 摘 要： | 学前教育专业课程设置与就业之间存在的主要问题是：课程培养与就业去向不符、教学方法与就业脱节、专业课程设置与就业要求不适应。建议对学前教育专业课程体系有针对性的进行调整，并与社会需求挂钩，使之符合就业的需要。

| Abstract: | The pre -professional curriculum and employment among the main question is： where employment and training courses do not match, teaching methods and employment out of line, set up specialized courses and job requirements are not suited. The proposed system of pre - professional courses targeted adjustments, and linked to social needs, bring it into line with employment needs. |
