| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济、社会、文化、教育等各方面的发展,中小学教师的继续教育也得到了前所未有的重视和发展。本文首先对河南省中小学英语教师的师资队伍现状进行分析,并指出目前继续教育工作中存在的问题,继而提出多元的培训模式,提高其自身素质。

| Abstract: | With the development of China ＇ s economy, society, culture and education, greater emphasis than ev- er is being placed on the continuing learning of the middle school and primary school teachers. This paper firstly gives a brief analysis on the English teacher teams both in middle school and primary school of Henan, meanwhile points out some problems existing in teachers＇ continuing education, furthermore puts forward multiple training modes. |
