| 摘 要： | 投融资难问题，始终是制约我省文化产业走向大发展、大繁荣的一大体制机制问题。要加快我省文化产业发展，就要推进文化产业投融资体制机制改革。一是要转变观念，创新思维，科学管理文化产业发展；二是要优化财税政策，大力扶持文化产业发展；三是要疏通文化产业投融资渠道，形成多元化投融资体系；四是要健全政策法规，形成文化产业发展的制度保障。
