| 摘 要： | 基于数据仓库的决策支持系统是现今决策支持技术应用的主流，本文利用数据仓库、联机分析处理、数据挖掘、模型库系统、知识库系统等技术给出了电信企业的决策支持系统的逻辑架构和物理架构，并简单介绍了该系统中的几种数据挖掘方法。

| Abstract: | The decision support system （DSS） based on data warehouse is the mainstream of application of DSS nowadays. This article unified technologies and so on data warehouse, on-line analysis processing, data mining, model base system, knowledge library system has given the telecommunication enterprise＇ s decision support system logical construction and the physical construction, And simply introduced in this system several data mining method. |
