摘    要:分析桥梁上博格板式无碴轨道的组成和特点,介绍轨道板的运输和存放要求,根据定位圆锥体和板边线对轨道板进行定位,利用吊车配合门式起重机进行轨道板的吊装和铺设,提高轨道板粗铺的精度和效率。该工法在京津城际轨道交通工程中得到应用,经济效益明显,对同类工程的施工具有重要的参考价值和实用价值。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the composition and characteristics of borg plate ballastless track on bridge,introduces the transport and storage requirements of track plate.The positioning cone and plate boundary help locate the track plate.The crane and gantry crane are used to lift and lay the track plate.The construction method improves the precision and efficiency of track plate rough pavement.It was applied to Beijing-Tianjin intercity rail transit engineering,and the economic benefit was obvious.It has significant references and application value to the similar engineering construction.
