| 摘 要： | 为深入分析影响高校大学生就业心态的因素,寻找影响当代大学生就业的心理障碍因素及表现形式,为有针对性地开展大学生职业生涯指导和有效开展高校毕业生就业工作提供参考数据,我们对河南省部分高校大学生的就业心理状况进行了调查研究,本文就客观因素对高校大学生的就业心理的影响进行了对比分析。
