| 摘 要： | 随着我国票据市场价格形成机制基本完善、票据专营机构开始出现、区域性票据市场逐步形成，拓展融资性票据市场不仅有利于完善中央银行货币传导机制、解决人民银行监管成本过高的问题，而且有利于填补国内空缺、改善金融服务和促进金融业良性竞争。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,the price system of Chinese paper market is basically standard,paper franchisees start their business and regional paper markets begin to develop.Enlarging financing paper market is not only good to perfect the monetary transmission mechanism of central bank and solve central bank's problem of high supervision costs,but also offer the efforts to improve finance service as well as maximum the competition in banking industry. |
