| 摘 要： | 以国家精品课程和麻省理工学院开放课程(M IT OCW)这两个开放教育资源运动项目作为研究对象,围绕两项目的启动背景、课程发布流程、资源支持平台三个维度进行比较,分析总结这两个项目的共性和差异,并指出为了给全民学习、终身学习提供良好的课程资源,国家精品课程项目的改进可以从以下三条路线进行:政策上积极鼓励,经费上大力支持;提高课程发布效率,充分利用资源;高度重视资源技术平台的构建,提升资源可获取的稳定性。

| Abstract: | This paper takes the open educational resources projects of Chinese Quality Open Courseware and MIT OCW as the research objectives.It explores the running of the two projects in the aspects of background,the process of course release and the platform of resources support,and concludes the common and different points of the two projects.This paper suggests some approaches for the improvement of the running of Chinese Quality Open Courseware. |
