高分子量聚丙烯酸钠的合成工艺研究

摘    要:采用水溶液聚合法,研究了单体浓度、引发剂用量、反应温度及反应时间对聚丙烯酸钠分子量的影响,探索出了最佳工艺条件:反应温度为40℃-45℃,反应时间为4h,过硫酸铵用量为0.02%,单体浓度为45%,聚丙烯酸钠分子量高达106-107。

Abstract:In the present studies,the effects of monomer concentration,initiator,reaction temperature and reaction time on polyacrylic acid sodium molecular weight were investigated with aqueous solution polymerization.The sodium polyacrylate(106-107) were obtained under the condition of reaction temperature of 40℃-45℃,reaction time of 4h,(NH4)2S2O8 of 0.02% and the monomer concentration of 45%.
