论我国宪法信仰的缺失与培植

法律信仰是实现法治的内驱力，宪法是国家的根本大法，是具有最高权威的“母法”。而现实中，宪法往往成为人们意识中的“空中楼阁”，这并非源自宪法的内容，而是没有树立好宪法信仰。培植宪法信仰是宪法信仰主体和对象的互动过程，一方面要增强公民的主体意识和权利意识，另一方面要努力制订良好的宪法。

The Absence of Belief in Constitution and It's Revival

People＇ s belief in law is the driving force for rule of law. Constitution is a country＇ s fundamental law which enjoys the highest authority as a ＂mother＂ law. But in reality, Constitution is figuratively believed to be ＂castles in the air＂, which results from the absence of belief in it rather than its contents. To arouse people＇ s belief in Constitution is an interactional process involving both a good constitution and people＇ s awareness of being citizens and rights.
