| 摘 要： | 对知识向职业竞争能力的转化进行了研究。知识是职业竞争能力的前提条件，竞争能力是由知识转化而来的。有知识才可能有竞争能力，没有知识绝无可能有竞争能力。本文提出了知识转化系数、学习能力系数和知识刚度等概念，并相应建立了竞争能力的评价模型。

| Abstract: | This paper researches on the transformation of knowledge to the profession competitive power.Knowledge is the precondition of profession competitive power,and competitive power is transformed from knowledge.So there is competitive power with knowledge and there won't be any competitive power without knowledge.This paper presents the concept of knowledge transformation coefficient,learning ability coefficient and knowledge rigidity etc.and the appraisal model of the competitive power correspondingly are developed. |
