| Abstract: | The representative assembly 16th of Communist Party of China emphasizes further that must encourage , support and guide non- public economic development impregnably. However, still there are a great deal of obstacles in the development of the enterprise run by the local people. This text analyze to this, so that the enterprise run by the local people seizes the opportunity, grow with each passing hour,pioneer and invent. |
