英汉“疾病”隐喻构建异同的体验和文化阐释

“疾病”隐喻引起了国内外许多学科学者的高度关注。国外对“疾病”隐喻的研究大都集中在文学和非主流医学，包括人文医学、心理医学、行为医学、社会医学等。国内学者的研究甚少，且多数是疾病隐喻与文学的研究。本文主要从认知语言学的角度，根据Lakoff和Kovecses的理论，分析疾病隐喻作为来源于战争、空间、颜色、非自然状态等四个领域的概念隐喻，在英汉两种语言中的普遍性与差异性及其构建的体验和文化基础。

Physical and Cultural Experience Interpretation of the Universality and Variation between Chinese and English in the Construction of Illness Metaphors

Illness metaphors have aroused concern among the muhidisciplinary scholars home and abroad. Most of the foreign studies focus on literature and non - essential medicine , including medical humanity, medical psychology, behavioral medicine and social medicine , while Chinese mainly on literature . The aim of this article is to analyze the construction on the basis of embodiment and cultural context of illness metaphors. Treating illness is fighting a war, illness is down , illness is monochrome, illness is an unnatural state. And at the same time , the universality and variation of illness metaphors in the different language are also examined according to the theories advanced by Lakoff and Kovecses from the perspective of cognitive linguistics.
