| 摘 要： | 随着近几年来我国惩治腐败力度的不断加大，贪污贿赂案件的侦查起诉成为人民检察院工作的重申之重。然而，在侦查取证的过程中，涉案人员如实作证的环节却因为法律保障不到位、各种私利权衡以及地域交叉取证困难等原因而产生了诸多障碍，严重阻碍了反贪侦查工作的顺利进行。因而，在保护证人作证制度的立法不断完善的同时，要认真研究取证对象，采取全方位措施教化和促使涉案人员如实作证。
