| Abstract: | The high quality of teleeducation is the foundational stone of its sound and prosperous development.With regards to the characteristics of modern distance education,the author of this article offers an all-around analysis on the efficient and elaborate quality certification system of distance education by looking at all its facets including quality assessment and checking,academic programs,teaching administration,staff management and so forth.What's more the author also makes further and practical exploration on how to achieve and keep the possibly highest quality of modern teleeducation. |
