| 摘 要： | ＂90后＂艺术类大学生个性特点较为鲜明,表现为矛盾的两个方面,如对传统观念的认同和性观念的开放等等。结合他们的个性特点,注重学生管理团队建立、引导学生实现自我管理、完善＂双层问题处理机制＂三个方面开展学生管理工作具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Post 90 college students majoring in art always have a distinct personality, which shows some contra- dictions, such as respecting traditions while accepting sex activity. In the light of their personality characteristics, it is of great significance to manage post 90 college students from three aspects, which are establishing student management team, guiding them to achieve self - management and improving ＂double - layer problem solving mechanism＂ to deal with possible problems. |
