| 摘 要： | 融资租赁是一种高效便利的企业融资渠道,在产业集聚区内开展具有十分有利的条件,通过借鉴浙江金融租赁股份有限公司的发展经验和产业集聚区政府部门的适度参与,河南省在产业集聚区是可以利用融资租赁解决企业资金问题的,但需要强化政府认识和服务能力,吸引外来融资租赁机构和发展本土机构,以及完善鼓励融资租赁业发展的措施。

| Abstract: | Finance lease is an efficient financing channel for enterprises,and enjoy advantages in industry cluster district.Given the experiences of finance lease in Zhejiang province,Henan province can use it to solve the problem of fund shortage of enterprises by improving government services,attracting foreign finance lease institutions and developing local ones and encouraging the development of finance lease. |
