我国旅游业"入世"前景下若干问题及对策

改革开放以来，我国旅游业取得长足发展，已具有相当规模和开放程度。面对“入世”前景，旅游业将会进一步改革与开放，并充满机遇和挑战。当前，我国旅游业发展的整体业态和环境，尚不足以应对新的形势，需要尽快创造有利条件，改善现状，做好“入世”准备。为此，提出以下对策：建立旅游咨询和服务中心；建立较为完整的旅游贸易法律体系；建立协调有效的宏观调控机制；建立和不断完善旅游企业经营管理机制；建立有特色的旅游企业服务质量体系。通过上述努力，树立我国旅游业整体新形象，加速实现建设旅游强国的奋斗目标。

Some Problems and Solutions in China's Tourism Industry Before WTO Entry

Before entering the WTO,some efficient measures should be adopted to improve the tourism condition and environment in China.That is ,to set up a tourism advisory service center,to establish a more comprehensive tourism legal system,to provide a more effective macro\|supervisory mechanism,to keep on improving the management of the tourism industry and to establish a characteristic tourism sevice system,so as to rebuild the overall image of tourism in China.
