Interest rate liberalization is a financial reform. Instead of governments controling interest rate, in interest rate liberalization conditions, interest rate is devided by need and supply of market. Since 1970's, this reform has been carried out by some countries. From this practice, some countries benefited a lot while some others suffered a lot. Our country started to practice this program in 1996 which is a mile stone of financial reform.
