香菇发酵液对小鼠抗衰老及增强免疫功能的评价

摘    要:本文以BALB/C小鼠为对象,研究香菇发酵液对小鼠某些衰老和免疫指标的影响。结果表明:香菇发醇液使脑单胺氧化酶活性下降28.1%(P<0.01);肝脏超氧化歧化酶活性增强10.67%(P<0.05):心肌脂褐素含量降低29.7%(P<0.01).对巨噬细胞吞噬率和吞噬指数分别提高192.9%和108.7%(P<0.01);迟发型过敏反应和溶血素的产生分别增强69.4%和265.3%(P<0.01);对胸腺和脾脏的增重(49.0%,45.7%)亦有极显著影响(P<0.01);以上结果证明,香菇发酵液具有良好的抗衰老和增强免疫力作用,是一种理想的保健食品。

Abstract:The experiment was carried to test the effect of zymosis juice of lentinus edodes onthe antiaging and immunity of BALB/C mice.The result shows the zymosis juice can redusebrain monoamine Oxidase activity by 28.1 percent(P<0.01),increase liver superoxidase dis-mutase activity by 10.67 percent(P<0. 05),lower myocardial lipofuscin content by 29.7 per-cent (P<0.01),increase macrophage phagocytic percentage and phagocytic index by 192.9 and108.7 percent(P<0.01) respectively,increase delayed-type-hypersensitivity and erythrolysinby 69.4 percent and 265.3 percent(P<0.01)respectively,and add the weight of thymus andlien by 49.0 percent and 45. 7 percent(P<0.01) respectively.The result shows the zymosisjuice is good for health.
