| 摘 要： | 本文以ＢＡＬＢ／Ｃ小鼠为对象，研究香菇发酵液对小鼠某些衰老和免疫指标的影响。结果表明：香菇发醇液使脑单胺氧化酶活性下降２８．１％（Ｐ＜０．０１）；肝脏超氧化歧化酶活性增强１０．６７％（Ｐ＜０．０５）：心肌脂褐素含量降低２９．７％（Ｐ＜０．０１）．对巨噬细胞吞噬率和吞噬指数分别提高１９２．９％和１０８．７％（Ｐ＜０．０１）；迟发型过敏反应和溶血素的产生分别增强６９．４％和２６５．３％（Ｐ＜０．０１）；对胸腺和脾脏的增重（４９．０％，４５．７％）亦有极显著影响（Ｐ＜０．０１）；以上结果证明，香菇发酵液具有良好的抗衰老和增强免疫力作用，是一种理想的保健食品。

| Abstract: | The experiment was carried to test the effect of zymosis juice of lentinus edodes onthe antiaging and immunity of BALB/C mice.The result shows the zymosis juice can redusebrain monoamine Oxidase activity by 28.1 percent(P<0.01),increase liver superoxidase dis-mutase activity by 10.67 percent(P<0. 05),lower myocardial lipofuscin content by 29.7 per-cent (P<0.01),increase macrophage phagocytic percentage and phagocytic index by 192.9 and108.7 percent(P<0.01) respectively,increase delayed-type-hypersensitivity and erythrolysinby 69.4 percent and 265.3 percent(P<0.01)respectively,and add the weight of thymus andlien by 49.0 percent and 45. 7 percent(P<0.01) respectively.The result shows the zymosisjuice is good for health. |
