| 摘 要： | 从宏观的角度，阐述了城市可持续发展的内涵，分析了北京城市可持续发展的有利条件和制约因素，并从加强全国政治中心、文化中心城市功能，谋求人口、社会、经济和生态的整体协调发展，实现资源的可持续利用，努力改善城市环境，加快城市基础设施建设和建立综合决策机制六个方面，提出北京城市可持续发展的战略及对策。

| Abstract: | It expounds the implication of urban sustainable development from a macrocosmic point of view and analyses the favorable conditions and restricted factors of sustainable development of Beijing City.Then it puts forward 6 aspects of strategies and countermeasures as follows:strengthen the urban function of Beijing as a national political centre and cultural centre,strive for the integratively coordinated growth of population,society,economy and ecology,realize the sustainable use of resources,make great efforts to improve the urban environment,quicken the construction of urban infrastructure,and form a comprehensive policy decision mechanism. |
