中高温工业废气余热利用的数学模型

摘    要:用系统工程的最优化方法,根据不同企业的余热回收方案,建立总系统的优化参数模型,进而求解出系统的优化参数,借此设计的余热利用工程,必将取得最佳综合经济效益. 该问题的关键在于建立各子系统目标函数及约束函数的数学模型.本文论述了适用于中、高温工业废气余热利用系统的数学建模方法,该方法适用于典型设备,可作任意排列的余热回收系统,从而更具通用性。

Abstract:Making use of the optimization method of systems engineering, and according to the schemes of remaining heat recovery system for distinct enterprises, we Can establish the mathematical models of this total system. By solving this model, the optimum parameters for this system can be obtained. The remaining heat recovery engineerings designed with this method must gain the best comprehensive economic effects. The key to this problem is to establish the mathematical models of objective function and restraint function for each subsystems. This paper discusses the method of mode-established, that is suitable for the remaining heat recovery systems from industrial waste gas at medinm to high temperature. It is applicable for the recovery system, in which typical equipments can be arranged arbitrarily. Therefore, it must be in common use.
