摘    要:本文报道一种以血乳酸动态变化为指标,研究药物或食物抗疲劳作用的新的研究方法和最适实验条件.通过用7%糖水及生脉散进行验证,证实该方法具有准确、可靠、分辩能力强和灵敏度高的特点.

Abstract:This paper reports a method for the identification of the effect of anti-fatigue medicine or food by measuring the dynamic changes of blood lactic acid concentration as an indicator, and the optimum experimental condition for the measuring. By using this method a comparison of the anti-fatigue effect of SHENGMAI SAN (a pulse vitalising tonic compound) with 7% sugar solution are carried out. The results of the experiment indicates that the method reported has characteristics of its accuracy, reliability, high r(?)olution and high sensitivity.
