| 摘 要： | 在我国高等教育由规模发展转向内涵发展的现阶段，应用型人才培养已成为需要着重解决的问题。研究和分析国外应用性高等教育的办学思想和实践模式，建立符合我国国情的应用型大学理念，探索我国应用型大学建设的有效途径，无疑将有利于我国高等教育的健康发展。

| Abstract: | Cultivating application-oriented personnel is an issue to be addressed while China's higher education is experiencing changes from scale development to quality development. There is no doubt that the healthy growth of China higher education would be beneficial from the study and analysis of overseas application-based notions and modes of developing higher education, the formation of ideas that are suitable to China's circumstances and the exploration of an efficient way to construct application-oriented university. |
