单分散型高分子微球的合成技术及进展

摘    要:粒度均匀的单分散型高分子微球,具有非常广泛的应用,近年来引起了人们极大的关注。制备单分散型高分子微球可用乳液聚合法和无皂乳液聚合法,但二者在合成技术上有很大区别,因此对二种方法的聚合规律、影响聚合反应速度及影响粒径分布的主要因素以及合成技术的进展进行了全面详细地分析和阐述,以便更加广泛深入地研究和探讨单分散型高分子微球的合成技术,获得粒径分子窄的高分子微球。

Abstract:In order to make deep and wide study on the synthetic techniques of single dispersive polymeric microspheres and get narrowranged particle size dispersive polymeric microspheres,it makes detailed analysis and statement on the regulations for polymerization of polymeric microspheres produced by emulsion polymerization or soap free emulsion polymerization;the main factors which affect the speed of reaction and the particle size dispersivity.The application and the development in its synthetic techniques are also introduced.
