蛋白质氨基酸的组合问题

摘    要:试题B要求参赛者建立数学模型,测定已给定分子量的某一蛋白质的氨基酸组成.本文建模的思想是:充分利用所给18种氨基酸分子量间的内部联系,建立变量个数最少的实用模型,以缩短运算时间和缩小解的范围.本文建立在最一般模型及其简化基础上的A、B两个实用模型达到了上述要求,取得了满意的效果,且对实验室有无微机均能适用.文章最后对模型的优缺点进行了分析,提出了改进方向.

Abstract:Test B requires that the competitor establish a model to measure the amino acidcompositions in a certain protein to which the molecular weight has been given. The idea formodelling in this article is to make good use of the inner relations between the molecularweights of the given amino acids of 18 kinds and to establish the practical model with a mini-mum of variable so that the time for calculation and the scope of solution can be reduced.Mod-el A and Model B in this article have achieved a satisfactory result as well as met the above re-quirement.In addition,these two models can be used in the laboratory equipped with micro-computers or not.In the end of this article, the author describes the advantages and disadvan-tages of the models and puts forward the way of making them better.
