硅烷偶联剂对金刚石表面改性研究

摘    要:用硅烷偶联剂KH550的醇水溶液和甲苯溶液分别对金刚石表面进行改性,研究了两种表面改性方法对金刚石表面性质的影响.结果表明,两种表面改性方法均可实现KH550与金刚石表面的化学结合,改变其表面Zeta电位,减少金刚石之间的团聚,且KH550甲苯溶液改性效果优于KH550的醇水溶液.

Abstract:The surface characteristics of diamond were modified in KH550 silane coupling agent of alcohol solution and toluene respectively, and the effects of the two methods on the properties of diamond were analyzed. The results showed that the two surface modification methods could realize the chemical combination between KH550 and diamond surface. Compared with the original power, the modified diamond''s surface zeta potential changed and diamond''s aggregation reduced. Moreover, the amount of silane coupling of diamond surface modified in KH550 toluene solution was more than that modified in KH550 alcohol solution.
