热电热泵与热虹吸管组合的新型热水器的研究

摘    要:研究了一种热电热泵与热虹吸传热组合的新型快热式热水器.首先,以丙酮为工质,以挠性不锈钢波纹管为蒸汽管和冷凝液管,对一种新型的平板分体式热虹吸装置进行了实验研究,得到了最佳充液率、表面温差分布等性能参数.在此基础上,将热虹吸装置、热电制冷模块、内翅片平板型散热器等进行系统组合为一种新型快热式热水器,对系统各部件的匹配进行了优化,并对各环节进行了传热强化.参照相关技术标准,建立了样机性能测试系统,样机比普通电热水器节省电耗38%以上.该组合型样机具备双循环型热电热泵热水器节能、环保、安全等优势,但比后者系统更为简化,并消除了制约系统整体寿命的瓶颈,更具备技术优越性和应用便利性.

Abstract:A novel instantaneous water heater was developed by means of integrating a thermoelectric(TE) heat-pump with a separating thermo-siphon.Firstly,a flat-type separating thermo-siphon was investigated to obtain optimum filling rate,distribution of temperature difference and other parameters,which took acetone as working fluid and flexible stainless steel bellows as steam and condensate pipes.The thermo-siphon,TE modules and flat type radiators with inner fins were then integrated into a water heater.The matches of components were optimized,and the heat transfer was intensified between TE modules and heat mediums.The prototype performances were tested according to the relevant criterion.Compared with the conventional electric water heaters,the prototype can reduce more than 38% of the power consumption.In comparison with the bicirculating TE heat-pump water heater,the prototype becomes more compact,more technologically advanced and practical,because it can eliminate the working life choke-point of the former,while holding the advantages,such as high efficiency,safety and so on.
