静压轴承—主轴系统静态性能的研究

摘    要:本文以小孔节流四油垫静压轴承—主轴系统为例,研究了供油压力、主轴转速.主轴轴线倾斜、轴承流量等对静压轴承—主轴系统性能的影响:研究了静压径向轴承的静态性能的计算方法,并通过对一台MB1520型外圆磨床静压轴承—主轴系统的分析计算,获得了一些很有价值的结论.

Abstract:In this paper, we study the influence of oil supply pressure, spindle rotation speed, spindle inclination and bearing discharge on the hydrostatic pressure bearing-spindle system.We also investigate the method for calculating the static functions of hydrostatic pressure radial bearing. Based on the analysis of hydrostatic pressure bearing-spindle system of MB1520 cylindrical grinder, some valuable results are obtained.
