提高高铝锌合金高温性能及耐磨性的研究

摘    要:以高温硬度作高温强度和耐磨性的参考评价指标,试验研究了铝,铜,硅,锰等含量对高铝锌合金高浊硬度的影响,并由此而研究出Zn-Al43,型高铝锌合金的耐磨性优于高强度锌合金ZA27和挤压加工铝青铜QAl10-3-1.5,故有可能进一步扩大高铝锌合金的应用范围。

Abstract:Hardness at elevated temperature was chosen as a reference indication ofelevated temperature strength and wear resistance,and effects on the elevated temperature hardness of contents of aluminium,copper,silicon and manganese were experimentally studied. This has led to develop a Zn-A143-type alloy, presenting better wear re-sistance than the high strength zine alloy-ZA27 and a squeezed copper alloy QAI 10-3-1.5.This implies that the application of high aluminium zine alloys might be further extended.
