摘    要:提出了一个基于积分器的电流模式通用CC滤波器结构。该结构是在典型FLF结构的基础上增加输入分布CC网络生成的。适当设置输出分布CC网络无源元件参数,能实现任意近似滤波特征,本文给出了系统的设计公式,做为例子,文中设计了一个三阶椭圆低通滤波器,分析了CC器件传输误差对滤波科特性的影响,提出了减少这种影响的一种措施--预畸设计法,模拟仿真结果与理论分析吻合。

Abstract:A universal current mode integrator based CC(Current Conveyor)filter structure is presented.The filter architecture proposed is constructed using a canonical FLF(Follow the Leader Feedback)configuration with an input distribution CC network.They are comprehensive in function:by setting any particular input distributing passive element parameters,we can realise arbitrary approximation characteristics.General explicit design formulas are derived.It is also straightforward to obtain universal filter architecture and the corresponding design formulae of any particular order.As an example,a third order elliptic lowpass filter is designed.The influence of the voltage and current tracking errors of current conveyor(CC) on filter performance is analyzed.Meanwhile,a predistortion design to eliminated this effect is proposed.Simulated results are obtained to verify the theoretical analysis.
