摘    要:采用无机材料高性能复合砂浆钢筋(丝)网加固混凝土梁,通过10根三面U形(在梁的受拉面和侧面进行加固)加固的混凝土梁和2根没有加固的对比梁的试验,研究了这种加固技术对钢筋混凝土梁的影响和作用,并比较了一次受力和二次受力的不同.与对比梁相比,采用高性能复合砂浆钢筋(丝)网加固的试件裂缝宽度和间距有较大幅度的减小,刚度有明显的提高,受弯极限承载力有很大的增加.在平截面假定的基础上求出试件的极限承载力,与试验结果相比有较好的吻合.

Abstract:This paper a proposed method for strengthening reinforced concrete beams using high-performance ferrocement laminate.The results of ten RC beams strengthened with U-shape ferrocement(ferrocement was put onto the tension face and two profile faces)and two reference RC beams were analyzed,and the different results of beams between monotonous loading and secondary loading were presented.Compared with reference specimens,the presence of ferrocement resulted in significant reduction in crack spacing and in turn crack width,substantial increment in bending stiffness,and considerable improvement in bending strength.Based on plane cross-section assumption,analysis was done to predict the theoretical ultimate strength capacity of beams,and good agreement was observed.
