摘    要:采用超音速火焰(HVOF)喷涂工艺制备了亚微米结构WC-12Co涂层,测试了这种亚微米涂层的结合强度、显微硬度及抗磨粒磨损性能,并利用XRD对喷涂粉末及涂层进行相结构分析,用扫描电子显微镜对喷涂粉末、磨粒磨损前后的涂层表面形貌进行观察.研究结果表明:喷涂过程中,亚微米结构WC粒子没有明显的脱碳分解发生,涂层组织结构致密,其显微硬度平均值高达HV1105;在相同的试验条件下,16Mn钢的磨粒磨损量是亚微米WC-12Co涂层的7.8倍,这表明亚微米结构涂层具有优异的抗磨粒磨损性能.

Abstract:Submicron structural WC-12Co coatings were deposited by HVOF spraying. The properties of microhardness and the abrasive wear of the coating were investigated.Phases of the feedstock powders and the coating were analyzed by XRD.The characterizations of spraying feedstock powders,microstructure and surface micrographs of the prophase,and anaphase attrition surfaces were analyzed by SEM.The results indicated that the submicron WC particles did not decompose noticeably during spraying,the coatings were highly dense,the microhardness of the coatings reached to 1150HV,and the weight loss of abrasive wear of 16Mn steel were 7.8 times to the coating.This demonstrated the excellent wear resistance performance of the coating.
