钨渣低铬铸造磨球材质的研究

摘    要:由于高铬铸造磨球生产成本高,熔铸工艺复杂,参数控制要求很严,工艺出品率较低等问题,使其进一步推广应用受到限制,本文拟采用多元复合合金化方法结合相应热处理,开发价廉,生产工艺较为简单的新型钨渣合金系磨球,以满足矿山、冶金、建材、交通等部门的迫切需要。

Abstract:When the grinding-balls are casted in the high-grade chromite ,he production cost is high, the casting craft is complicated,the demands on control parametersare very strict, the rate of production is lower,and so on,These make its further appliation and dissemination restricted. We discuss the way to produce the low-price andprocess-simple grindingballs with low-grade chromite using plural compound alloy withheat treatment , in order to meet the needs of departments of mine, metallary, architec-ture,communication,etc.
