| 摘 要： | 就外商投资企业对中国贸易扩张的影响、FDI在中国各省对外贸易及中国双边贸易中的作用三个方面，以中国的实际发展状况为基础对FDI与国际贸易的关系进行实证研究，定量分析了两者之间的互补关系，获得应进一步研究利用外资、促进经济增长的结论。

| Abstract: | International trade is playing an important role in China's economic growth,on the other hand,foreign direct investment(FDI)in China is playing an important role in China's trade expansion.The relationship between FDI and trade is investigated empirically based on the evidence in China.Such aspects are discussed:the role of Foreign Funded Enterprises in China's trade expansion,the impact of FDI on the trade of different Provinces in China and the impact of FDI on China's bilateral trade with its trade partners.The complementary relationship between FDI and trade is analysed in a quantitative method in order to lay a foundation for the study of applying FDI to the promotion of economic growth. |
