| 摘 要： | 提出了一个城市生活垃圾综合处理方案的决策模式 ,并运用实例加以分析、说明 .该模式说明城市生活垃圾综合处理方案的决策过程分三个阶段、五个步骤 .其核心是通过技术可行性论证、经济效益论证、环境效益论证、资源效益论证等四项因素论证 ,然后建立科学、合理的综合评估论证数学模式选择出最佳方案 .四项因素论证中包含十一个评估因子 ,并分别由相应的十一个评估计算方法计算 .

| Abstract: | A decision making mode of integrated disposal scheme for regional municipal solid waste was presented,analyzed and explained by an instance.The process of the decision making was divided to three phases and five steps in the mode, which includes technic feasibility argumentation,economic benefit argumentation,environment benefit argumentation,resource benefit argumentation.And the logical integrated evaluation mode was set up to select the optimal scheme.The eleven evaluation factors are included in the four argumentations and calculated by relevant eleven evaluation calculation methods. |
