铝合金表面稀土转化膜成膜机理初探

摘    要:用电化学测试方法、XPS技术等研究了CKS转化膜的形式过程及其组成,元素价态及元素在膜中沿深度的分布规律,在此基础上提出了CKS转化膜的成膜机理。

Abstract:A new technology of CKS for forming conversion film on aluminum alloy was developed. The process of conversion coating formed by CKS was discussed by using electrochemical testing technology,and the distrituting laws of compostion and valency of cerium in the conversion film were probed by utilizing XPS at the same time. Then the mechanism of cerium-rich coating formed on aluminum alloy was presented.
