| 摘 要： | 对企业外部环境进行了系统分析，建立了企业外部环境评价的指标体系。利用模糊数学方法建立了企业外部环境综合评价与诊断模型，并在此基础上设计了企业外部环境评价与诊断的计算机支持系统。最后给出了一个实际应用案例。

| Abstract: | The external enterprise environment is systematically analysed and an index system for environment valuation is set up. Using fuzzy mathmatical method, a fuzzy model for evaluating and diagnosing the synthetical enterprise environment, together with a design of computer support system, is established. One practical application example is also presented for illustration. |
